What tools are required to fit Lead?

A whole range of tools are required to fit Lead, many of which form part of the BLM Roofing Tools range. In addition, there are many common tools that are used in part to help install lead and prepare the structure and substrate. BLM Roofing Tools aims to continually develop its range to provide installers of Lead with the best quality Leadwork and Roofing tools available anywhere.

Is maintenance required?

Keeping your tools clean and in good order will ensure you get maximum performance and lifespan from your investment.

Are your tools covered by warranty?

BLM Roofing Tools are covered by a lifetime material defects warranty where stated. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear. Please visit http://blmroofingtoolsguarantee.co.uk/ to register your warranty.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are processed as soon as possible and are usually dispatched by the end of next working day. Please allow up to an additional 3 working days for delivery, so all in all you should have your new tools within 5 working days.

What is the cost of delivery?

Any order to UK mainland over £50 excl VAT qualifies for free delivery. Orders under £50 excl VAT will be charged at £6 per delivery.

Can I order my delivery to go to site or another address?

Yes, you can order your goods for delivery to a different address from your billing address, just unselect the box that indicates your billing and delivery addresses are the same, on the payment page.

What do I do if my order is received incomplete, or a product is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@blmroofingtools.co.uk to alert us of the problem and if possible send a photograph of the damage. One of our customer experience team will contact you to advise the next steps and ultimately resolve the issue.

I am not VAT registered how do I order without being charged VAT?

The payment VAT is not optional, being VAT registered means that your business turnover exceeds a specific amount and you charge VAT for the services you provide to your customers and can reclaim the VAT back on purchases.

How secure are my payment details?

We use a https (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) payment portal. This provides a secure payment transfer from our site. Our site is protected by 2048bit SSL encryption, hosted on servers that are PCI DDS Level 1 compliant. All of your details are kept secure and confidential.
